Refund Policy
- Membership Fees: All membership fees paid to TGPVWA are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Event Registration: Registration fees for events and workshops are generally non-refundable. However, in case an event is cancelled by TGPVWA, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.
- Donations: Any donation made to TGPVWA is non-refundable. Please ensure you wish to support the association before submitting a donation.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a processing error or other exceptional situation, please contact us at contact@ytgpvwa.org with proof of payment and details of your request. Refunds in such cases will be considered at the discretion of the association.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
